Still Being Named
If God can speak to chaos
and call it “morning,”
then your tangled hours
have not outrun his voice.
If light once learned where to stand
because he told it so,
then your confusion is not proof of failure—
only a place still being named.
He does not rush you.
He does not shout the dark away.
He works the way he always has:
with patience,
with intention,
with hands steady enough
to separate what overwhelms
from what can wait.
So breathe.
Let today have its own shape.
Let work end where it should,
and rest be more than collapse—
let it be trust.
You are not unfinished because you are tired.
You are not broken because you need rhythm.
Goodness was never meant to be chased;
it was meant to be received.
The same God who aimed the stars
is still aiming your life—
not toward chaos,
but toward wholeness,
toward light,
toward a goodness
he has not stopped intending
for the world
or for you.
